JAGO VJ (Jagoda Chalcinska) – visual artist, VJ, video designer and producer with a diploma in film studies and screenwriting who lives and works in Poznan, Poland. Her AV performances and Vj sets are exclusively based on video footage of her own authorship. Jago’s dreamy compositions raise the mood of music and intensify the senses turning concerts and live sets into audiovisual spectacles.

She had the opportunity to present her work at renowned festivals, galleries and events in Europe such as: Mapping Festival (Geneva, 2012 & 2013), Lunchmeat (Prague), European Media Art Festival (Osnabruck), Pluto Audio Visual Art Festival (Opwijk), Live Performers Meeting (Rome, 2012 & 2013) ,Electrode Festival (Rome), Kazantip Festival (Crimea), Center of Contemporary Art (Torun), LPM (Rome), Audioriver Festival (Płock) and many more. For almost two years she cooperated with Polish 4 Radio HDTV, creating real-time VJ sets for music programs. She is the winner of the 2011 Videozone VJ Contest.

Plums fest is an international festival dedicated to audiovisual performance and experiments in the field of digital arts and electronic music.

Created in 2008, PLUMS FEST is running the 5th Edition of the audiovisual experiments’ festival Plums Fest will happen on the 18th of May in Moscow during the so called Museums’ Night.

This year the theme of the festival is Points Of Interest, which refers to such terms as motion in general, tracking, kinetics and all kind of other cutting-edge motion points of interests.

The program for this year is packed with amazing a/v projects, screenings, kinetic, light and interactive installations and Vj-sets together with some great electronic musicians! AS a bonus to the night program there’s going to be a small educational program during the daytime.

In fact it is this community of artists that made of the 2012 Rome edition a surprising event. We hosted more than 500 artists, 275 performances, workshops and showcases, recording an overall amount of 43 participant countries.

LPM propose an insightful and surprising program, highlighting diverse artistic practices every day while fostering the sharing of knowledge by means of workshops, presentations and panel discussions.

Aleksander Sprohgis is an emerging Estonian VJ

In the past two years he has been mostly creating visual atmospheres for live bands and musicians, choosing and mixing visuals live according to the specific music and scene, as well as using analogue devices and slides to alter the environment.

In addition to VJ work, he has participated with installations in exhibitions and festivals, among them Pärnu Video and Film festival in 2010, with video installation ‘Sacral Room’, and Uutmoodi Asjastamatus in 2012, with interactive installation ‘If you do not move, you will vanish’.

L.E.V., designed and conceived by the Asturian collective Datatron 0×3F and co-produced by Principado de Asturias Goverment and LABoral’s Centre of Art and Industrial Creation honors by its acronym to Lev Thermen.

The seventh edition of L.E.V. will be celebrated on May 3rd and 4th across the different spaces of the Laboral Ciudad de la Cultura project (Laboral City of the Culture), in Gijon, Spain.

The international Festival CAMP (Creative Arts and Music Project) is an innovative forum and interactive laboratory for soundartists, musicians and artists dealing with video, installation, projections and the new media.

It is characteristically marked by experimental and electronic music in convergence with visual disciplines.

For several days a selected group of artists, who belong to the international avantgarde in their field, work in a “laboratory of time” on audio – visual projects. The 2013 edition will be held at Cluj, Romania.
